  • Tool is loaded as any other heavy tool into the toolchanger.  Multiple units can be loaded for progressive finishing of parts.

  • Disengagement pin engages with locking mechanism to allow the spindle to drive belt.

  • Belt follows parallel toolpath to follow part and remove material to desired finish.  Depending on belt material parts can be finished wet or dry.

  • Parts can then be finished up to mirror surface finishes.
